What is Blue Sombrero?
- Blue Sombrero is the new online registration system that Colorado Storm will be using for any registrations from now on. This system is a replacement of the Bonzi online registration system.
How do I get my family set up?
- Setting up your new family member account is simple:
o From coloradostorm.com enter any of the regions.
o Click the “Register” tab in the blue menu.
o Click the “Register For…” link for the region you wish to register with (Storm Fort Collins, North, South or Castle Rock).
o In the top right hand corner click “Register”.
o Fill in the “New Customer Primary Contact” information and then click “Create New Account”.
o When you get to the “My Account” screen click “Add Participant” and fill in the information for your child that will be participating.
o If there are any registration currently available to your child based on their age and gender you may register them from there or add another participant.
Why don’t I have any programs available to register my child for?
- The system will only show programs that are available to each participant based on that participants age and gender, if you do not see any programs available then either there are none available based on your child’s age and gender or there is a typo in the participant information.
o If there is a typo in the participant’s information simply click on “Edit Participant Info” located just to the right of the participant’s name.
Why don’t I see the right regional programs for my child?
- Most likely this means you are in the wrong regional portal, simply go up to the “Registration” tab on the blue menu and select the region you want to register in. You will have to make another member account for the correct region.
How do I sign up my child for a program in a different region?
- Got to the registration portal for the region you want to register with and set up a member account for the region, you will have to have one account per region that would want to register with. Example 2 regions to register with = 2 accounts, 1 per region.
