About our Club

The Lexington Youth Soccer Association was incorporated in 1977 to promote "the growth and appreciation for the game of soccer by providing opportunities for the youth to learn and participate in organized programs of soccer."  LYSA is a volunteer self-supporting, non-profit organization run by the player's parents.  In recent years we have added summer soccer camps that develop player skills while having fun. Instruction is by professional teachers with extensive soccer backgrounds.
Youth Recreational Soccer -- Recreational soccer is the nuts and bolts of the organization.  Teams are formed for children 4 years of age through 15.  Our teams are formed on a random, geographical basis by age. In addition to league games, each season LYSA provides free clinics run by trained staff.
TOPSoccer -- is designed to meet the needs of athletes with physical, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities. TOPSoccer is designed to improve the overall fitness, self-esteem and social skills of your athlete. Who is eligible to play in this league? Individuals with disabilities aged 4+. Disabilities might include: Autism Spectrum Disorder; Down syndrome; Learning Disability; Developmental Delay; Muscular Dystrophy; Cerebral Palsy; Vision or hearing impaired; Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI); Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Lexington FC -- Competitive soccer is available for those players and families who want to play at a more serious and competitive level. "Our mission is to develop soccer skills, to teach sportsmanship, and to promote and enhance enjoyment of the game of soccer in our community. The goal of the club is to allow players and coaches to achieve their highest potential."
LYSA Adult League -- LYSA also offer a program for our "grown up kids" who still want to play for the love of the game.  We offer spring and summer seasons for full sided coed teams, and a fall season for short sided teams.
