Professional - Howard played for USL W-League Colorado Rapids (2013).  She also played for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (Germany).

College - Howard has played last two years at NCAA Division 1 - University of Central Florida.  In 2013, she was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Tournament Team and assisted the first goal in UCF's 4-1 win over Memphis to help the team break the 26-year-old school record for an unbeaten streak. In addition, netted a PK during the American's extended shootout in the finals against Rutgers to help UCF clinch the first title in league history.  During her Freshman year, she was named All-Conference USA Freshman Team honoree and helped UCF to its first conference tournament championship.  She scored a goal versus ECU to cap the sixth-fastest scoring sequence (1:37) of three-consecutive goals in NCAA history.
