SYC YOUTH WARRIOR FOOTBALL

SYC Football is an instructional league that is for boys 6-12 years old. Players must reside in the Southern York County area in order to play for SYC.

WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

There is no weight limit in our league.

SCHEDULING

We play seven to eight games during the season. Home games will be played on Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons at Susquehannock HS. Saturday games will begin at 6:00PM starting with the JV games with Varsity games following immediately. Sunday games will begin at 1:00PM, starting with the JV Games with Varsity games following immediately. Practice begins Monday July 31, 2017 from 6-8PM. Until school starts, practice will be held Monday thru Friday.  After school begins the practice schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6-8PM.

Forms

In addition to on-line registration, 2 forms must be completed:  Parent Release/Physician's Release Form, SYC Player Code of Conduct. Players CANNOT practice until ALL forms are turned in.

PRACTICE FOR 2017 FOOTBALL SEASON

Practice will begin Monday July 31st. The first week we will practice Mon.-Fri. from 6:00-8:00 at the Veterans Field/Coop. Once school starts practice will be Mon., Tues. & Thurs. from 6:00-8:00 at Veterans Field/ The Coop.

Evidence of insurance must be shown at equipment handout. Your child cannot participate without evidence of insurance – this is a league rule that is strictly enforced!
