Maroons Nation Coaches –

I wanted to take this opportunity to confirm the news that Bryan Knoll has recently sold his business, Softball Fans and Hardball Fans.  We congratulate Bryan and thank him for the great relationship we have enjoyed over the past few years.  The new owner is SFI Sports, LLC which is an entity owned by a gentleman named Brian Eick (pronounced “ike”).  Bryan Knoll, Brian Eick, and Maroons have been in regular contact to ensure the transition went smoothly with everything remaining status quo. 

Chad Johnson, Chris Gates, and all of the regular staff and trainers will remain in place as-is.  The businesses will continue to go by Softball Fans and Hardball Fans “HBF”.  Maroons winter training is ongoing as scheduled.  Maroons players and coaches will continue to receive a 15% discount off regularly priced merchandise at the store.  The new owners lease for the facility at Midlink is long-term and intact.  Everything now is pretty much how it was prior to the sale.  We are pleased with our vendor/customer relationship with HBF and we will continue to look for ways in which we can mutually improve the relationship.

We understand there may have been some crazy rumors out there, so we wanted to take the opportunity to put those to rest.  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me or any of the other board members.  I hope you all have a happy and safe holiday season.
