PITCH SMART - MLB/USA Baseball Guidlines

HBF Maroons organization is glad to see the MLB's voice on the subject together with USA Baseball. This will start to force Travel Baseball Sanctions to enforce and put in place more stronger pitching rules. We are an advocate of this to eliminate coaching decisions made during competition forgetting about the reason for competitive travel baseball play... competitive player development.
