FCB-FCX World Cup Party At Jersey's A Success!

Over 150 FCB-FCX Staff, players, and parents were in attendance at Jerseys Pizza and Grill to watch the USA play Portugal on Sunday evening!

Bryan Mancill, Director of Travel Operations had this to say about the event, "It was great to see so many families come out to enjoy the game! We really appreciate Jerseys Pizza and Grill hosting us. With over 150 staff, player's, and family we felt like the event was a huge success!"

The United States fell behind 1-0 after 5 minutes then battled back in the second half to take a 2-1 lead before Portugal got the tieing goal in the 5th minute of stoppage time. The United States is currently in 2nd place in arguably the hardest group of the FIFA World Cup and need a tie or a win against Germany this week to advance to the next round of the tournament. If the US loses to Germany there are other tie-breakers that will come in to effect.
