Not all softball games are played at the Simplot Sports Complex. Directions to the various softball fields throughout the Treasure Valley and beyond are found below.
East Boise
Simplot Sports Complex (baseball and softball) - Off S. Quamash Way between E. Grand Forest Dr. and E. Lake Forest Dr.
From Interstate-84- Take the Gowen Rd. Exit; Turn East onto Gowen Rd. Go straight through the traffic signal across Federal Way; Turn Left at the traffic signal onto E. Grand Forest Dr. Go down the hill; Turn Left onto S. Quamash. The entrance to the Simplot Sports Complex Baseball/Softball Fields parking lot is on the left.
From Federal Way south-bound- Take Federal Way south toward Micron; Turn Left at the Traffic signal onto Yamhill Rd.; Turn Left onto E. Lake Forest Dr.; Turn Right onto S. Quamash. The entrance to the Simplot Sports Complex Baseball/Softball Fields parking lot will be on the right.
The Babe Ruth Softball Fields (Field Nos. 1 and 2 for 10U, 12U and 14U) are located on the north end of the complex (to the right as you enter the parking lot). The 8U softball field (Field “B”) is located in the center of the complex straight in line with the entrance to the parking lot.
Horseshoe Bend
Horseshoe Bend High School – Field is on the left Near the intersection of Hwy. 55 and Noland Dr. behind the Horseshoe Bend Library.
I-84 to Eagle Rd. Exit; North on Eagle Rd. to Hwy. 44; East (Right) on Hwy 44 to Hwy. 55; North (Left) on Hwy 55 to Horseshoe Bend. Noland Dr. is the first left after crossing the Payette River.
Kuna
Kuna Middle School JV and Fields #1, 2 & 3 - At the corner of N. Ten Mile Rd. and W. Boise St.
Take the Meridian/Kuna exit off of I-84 (Exit 44). Head South towards Kuna. Turn right onto Deer Flat Rd. to Ten Mile Rd. Turn left onto Ten Mile Rd. The fields are on the corner of Ten Mile Rd and Boise St. Parking is located west of the fields, next to the tennis courts or in front of the middle school.
Melba
Melba City Field – Near the corner of Base Line Rd. and Charlotte Dr. Behind the Melba Valley Senior Center
When coming from Kuna or Meridian, if you come down Southside Blvd. you will take a left onto Melba Rd. Then you will take right onto Randolph Rd. At the second stop sign take a right onto Baseline Rd. Go through another stop sign and the softball field is on the left behind the senior center. If they are coming from Nampa, it is the same instructions. But if they are coming from the highway, they will just stay on Melba Rd until they get to Randolph.
Meridian
Settler’s Park – Near the corner of N. Meridian Rd. and W. Ustick Rd.
I-84 to Meridian Exit; North on Meridian Road to Ustick; West on Ustick- Settlers Park on Right.
Heritage Park (Heritage Middle School) – 4990 N. Meridian Rd. Corner of Meridian Rd. and McMillan Rd.
I-84 to Meridian Exit; North on Meridian Road to McMillan; Fields are behind the tennis courts. Enter parking lot off of Meridian Rd.
Mt. Home
Optimist Park- Near the corner of Elmcrest St. and W. 5th St. N.
I-84 east to exit 90, turn right onto Old Oregon Trail Hwy/Hwy. 30/ N. Main St.; Travel into Mtn. Home and Turn right on 5th St. N.; Continue on W. 5th St. N. past Elmcrest St.; Optimist Park is on the right.
Nampa
Daniels Field @ Lions Park- Near corner of Davis Ave. and Lions Dr.
I-84 to Exit 35 (the sugar factory exit) in Nampa; Turn south and go to Davis Ave., just past 3rd Street South (Les Schwab tires will be on the right); Turn west (right); go about 3/4 mile to Lions Park on the right side of the road. The field is behind swimming pool.
Liberty Field
Liberty field is located on S. Juniper St. between E. Hawaii Ave and Constitution Way. It is located Directly behind St. Alphonsus Medical Center off of 12th Ave Rd in Nampa.
