-----  Additional Information for Parents ----

2. For MSU Courts 1 - 11 (especially 8-11), Feel free to bring chairs if you want to insure a nice comfortable place to sit. There is seating at the gyms but like most big universities Intramural centers there isn't a lot of seating.   
3. Aim high has plenty of stands and no room for personal chairs
4. Gate charge will be $10 per day or $15 for the weekend.    Kids 5 and under are free. (I believe the kids free is still true but not positive)
5. They will have apparel for sale at event
6. Master schedule and updated brackets will be posted at the IM West gym ( main court area), IM East and at Aimhigh (Back wall).
7. Some parking lots may have a gate fee.  The tournament hosts will not be charging for parking but there was a situation last year where there was a Circus in town thus certain parking lots (one closest to our gyms) were being charged for parking.  According to tournament coordinator they do not expect any charging to park in main lots this year.

--------  RULES --------- (More detailed rules for coaches were sent to you.)

1. 5th & 6th Grade games are 12 Minute stopped clock halves.
2. 7th & 8th Grade games are 15 Minute stopped clock halves.
3. If a team is up by 30 or more points in the second half the clock will run.  If it gets to 20 points the clock will stop again.
4. Each team gets 3 timeouts per game and 1 additional for overtime
5. Teams can press until they get up by 25 then please take it off
6. Free throws played on the release
7. All players will receive 6 personal fouls, before fouling out
8. All free throws are 1 and 1unless it is a shooting fouls.  Bonus starts on 7th foul (There is no double bonus)
9. First team listed and on top of bracket are away team and must wear dark uniform. Second team listed and on bottom of bracket are home team and must wear light colored jersey.
10. To determine Pool seedings we will use the following: 1) head to head 2) plus 15/minus 15  3) total points scored
