Welcome to 454 Orange, and a special welcome back to our returning players from 405 Purple East! (An even more special welcome back to our players returning from even earlier!)

Practices start this week, and will be from 18:00–19:30 (6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.), except for the last week, in which practices will only be 75 minutes, rather than 90 minutes, due to the earlier sunset. The practice and game schedule can be found on our Calendar page, which is a Google Calendar that you can add to your own calendar. Very convenient! As you will see in the calendar events, practice is at Highbanks Metro Park, in the Natural Play Area (orange) in the Big Meadows Picnic Area in the northwest corner of this map.

For those of you new to the team, I am your coach, Nathan Morse, and Marc Liston is our indispensable assistant coach. We have been coaching together for several years, and twice as many seasons.

As always, please bring a fully inflated soccer ball (size 4), shin guards, soccer cleats, weather-appropriate clothing, and plenty of water to practice and games.

Please note that we meet for games 30 minutes early at the field for warmup.

Finally, let's have a great season: We'll try our hardest, learn new skills, play as a team, respect ourselves, our teammates, our opponents, our coaches, and our referees, and we will have fun.
