Coaches,

Every 2 years, ALL Coaches, Board Members, Referees and anyone else involved with children, must submit to have a Risk Management/KidSafe background check done. 

You will need to create an account by clicking on the Member Login
Once you you have created ID and are signed in.
Click on Register Now
Click on "Recreational - Coach" Register Now
Select your name, click Add Registration for Select Person
select on Coach Pool and Continue
Proceed to fill out form. Please not that the only form that needs to be uploaded is the Concussion form. Ignore all other forms.

Once you have completed the Risk Management/Kidsafe profile, please notify Anna Yarnal by e-mail ([email protected]).
