2013 Spring Warm-Up

 


Welcome

Ironbound SC is pleased to invite your team to apply to the 2013 Ironbound Spring Warm-Up Tournament to be held March 15-17, 2013.

The tournament is an unrestricted US Club Soccer sanctioned tournament. It is open to club teams with up to 3 (three) guest players in U-9 to U18/19 (boys), and U16-U17 (girls) age divisions from USSF affiliates.

All games played on turf fields.

Format

A minimum of 3 (three) games is guaranteed. Matches will be played

Friday (evening after 6PM – local teams), Saturday (all day), Sunday (all day).

Team Check-In

All teams must check-in at least 45 minutes prior to their first game, at the
field.  You must present your passes, medical releases, 2 copies of your roster,
permission to travel (if applicable).

Standings

We will update the standings on within 15 minutes after your game, and the
standings will be reflected immediately.  You will be able to track the scores
immediately online.

Field Marshals

Each facility will have field marshals, dressed in either a sapphire (this year’s color) or
cherry red or a yellow shirt (previous year’s) with the tournament logo.  If you have any questions please feel
free to ask them.

Snacks/Drinks

Due to the fact of the scattered sites, we will have only drinks
(water/gatorade) and minimal snacks at our fields.

Parking

Please respect all posted parking signs.

Tournament Headquarters

Tournament headquarters is Riverfront Park, and this is where I will be for
most of the tournament, however the referee assignor, and various
Ironbound SC board members we will be visiting all the fields.

Trophies

All small sided teams will be given their participation awards at registration.

Teams who are playing in groups with finals, the trophies for the champions and
the finalists will be distributed shortly after the completion of the final of
your group.
Teams who are playing in groups (with 5 teams) that the champions and finalists
are determined by group play points, we try to make sure that the trophies are
at the field where the last game is being played that will decide the group,
however if games are being played at 2 different fields that impact the final
standing, we will advise as to where to go pick up the trophies.

Garbage

Please help keep the fields and surrounding areas clean.  Please dispose of

garbage in the containers.
