Sharks Flail in Choppy Seas

The Angels avenged their first-game loss to the Sharks on a beautiful Saturday morning, racking up 6 runs in the first two innings and continuing their gangbusters offense for a final score of 10-1 over the stunned Sharks. 

The Finned Force started strong with the first 3 batters of the game (Anika, Eve, and Ava) connecting for base-hits. Sadly, Ella's sacrifice-grounder RBI that brought Anika in in the first was the only run of the game for Sharks, who left runners in scoring position in the 3rd and 4th and could not seem to get their bats in gear against a tough Angels defense. 

Here's hoping for calmer seas ahead for the Sharks as they swim on....
