2015 Fall Registration

Register through eAYSO.org only
AYSO has now mandated all volunteers and players be registered through www.eayso.org this can be done after May 1, 2015.  We encourage all families to do this process at home, the National office,  866-588-2976,  is at your disposal Monday -Friday 9 am - 5 pm PST, and 9am - 2 pm Saturdays.
Pre-register on-line then...
Print and sign forms, bring to one of the following Registration events to take advantage of $10 off registration fee: 
Lahaina Intermediate School cafeteria ~ Saturday May 16 ~ 9am -12 noon / Saturday's June 20 & 27  ~  9am - 12 noon
First time player's please bring Birth Certificate.
We will have limited computers available for families who don't have access to the internet on a first come, first served bases. If you need to use them, please come early. We will have no help from the National Office after 11 am. You must have an email address to establish an account in eayso.
Player's are not officially registered until properly completed forms with payment are turned in to us. After events, registration fee is $85 and payment has to be mailed in with all the proper forms. Please send Signed Player Application forms and check made out to AYSO 892 to:
