Meetings begin @ 7:00 PM- January, February, March, August, September, October & November.
Meeting begin @ 7:30 PM- April, May & June
All teams must be represented at EVERY Meeting !!!!

May 3rd - All Star Games; Etc...
June 7th - Nominations of Officers; Playoff format determined;Etc...

August 2nd - Elections; Banquet/ Awards preparations; By-law changes; Etc...
September 6th - Banquet/ Awards final counts, event layout; Etc...
