Lewis Elliott named AYSO Section 10 Referee of the Year!

Congratulations Lewis Elliott for being named this years AYSO Section 10 Referee of the Year! Linda Kovar, our Section Referee Administrator announced the award on Saturday evening at the Section 10 Awards Ceremony at the 2015 AYSO EXPO in San Diego, CA. 

Lewis not only strives to constantly improve his abilities on the field but he selflessly works to promote positive referee development to for all of our referees. Lewis is the founder and face of "Team3" which is Area 10Ws premier referee development group.

Lewis describes Team3 as an invitational referee training group created with the objective of training referees to better provide players with a safe, fair, and fun experience. Team3 is not intended for specific badge level training but recognizes that each match is an opportunity for a referee to hone on-field skills and provide the players, coaches, and spectators with a positive experience.
