PVAA Baseball Refund policy statement

Refunds will be granted in the event a player signs up and then decides they don't want to play.  Refunds must be requested prior to the start of the season.  This will ensure that team selection and uniform orders are not impacted. 

If you would like a refund, please send a request to [email protected] and include the following information: 1) Player Name 2) Parent Name, 3) Event/League registered, 4) Home address, and 5) Reason for refund.

If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be reimbursed for the payment amount.  If you paid by check, the PVAA Treasurer will send you a check.
