Who: Any child ages 7 to 12 (midget football ages by September 1, 2014)

Location: Annville Cleona High School. (field behind the school)

Price:           $10.00 (Checks payable to LVMFL)

The price includes a camp T-shirt, refreshments each day, and all of the instruction dealing with Basic fundamentals and skills, mental and physical discipline, and techniques of each position.

Deadline for Reservations: June 16th(late registration on first day of camp allowed)

**Please note-The Lebanon Valley Midget Football Camp does not provide medical insurance. In the event of an injury, family insurance coverage must be used. No boy will be able to participate without parent or guardian signature.
