Practice starts!

Our first practice was tonight, Thursday August 18th. Despite the hot weather the girls played soccer golf, scrimmaged, practices passing on the ground and in the air, did throw ins, and had a race for water balloons which ended in a water balloon fight! It was fun, but the girls did run a lot in the heat, and some had some symptoms of dehydration and being out of shape. Please have the girls drink water during the daytime on practice days and bring plenty of water with them! Excited to see these girls back on the field!
