Providing Proof of Age
If you are new to DPRYS, then you will need to provide proof of age. You may scan or take photo of proof of age and upload as part of the registration process. You may also send photo copies of birth records to the following address: DPRYS, ATTN: Registrar, P.O. Box 5033, De Pere, WI 54115 or email electronic copy to registrar (at) dprys.org.
You may also show an official document with your child's age, such as a birth certificate, to a board member at the Oak Room of the De Pere Community Center on Monday, March 11 anytime between 5:30pm and 7:00pm. (Park in upper lot and enter through upper level entrance. The Oak Room will be down the hall on the right.)
