Age Groups

Bantams & High School  (eligible if born between January 1, 1998 - December 31, 2001)
Squirts & Peewees  (eligible if born between July 1, 2001 - June 30, 2005)

Purpose & Format

Each session will be 90 minutes.  We will divide the ice into 2 halves.  Squirts & Peewees in one end and Bantam & High School in the other end.  Each practice will be skill based and up tempo.  We'll also incorporate competition based drills designed to improve  a player's cognitive aspect of their game. Our goal is to improve every player's fundamental skills of skating, puck control, passing, and shooting with the latest training methods so they can flourish within their teams during the winter season.  

Limited Space

For Bantam & High School ages, only 16 players will be accepted each week. All players MUST register online. 
For Squirt & Peewee ages, only 20 players will be accepted each week.  All players MUST register online.  

Cost

$15 per session/per player/ flexible online registration allows you to pick and choose your sessions based on your schedule.
