1. Registration deadline for on time is “POSTMARK” no later than 12/10/14. Please allow time for post office to process.
2. Forms postmarked AFTER 12/10/14 will be placed on teams on a space available basis. This pertains to everyone, including Extra players. Extra players must turn in forms on-time and will not be given priority consideration for team placement if late.  Registered returning Extra players are not automatically guaranteed to play Spring.  
3. Not everyone who registers for Spring will be chosen. 
4. Players who were registered and played 50% or more of the games during the Fall 2014 season in U5-U19 in Region 630 are eligible for our Spring season. 
5. Players that didn’t play in the Fall 2014 may register, however there is an additional $25.00 charge and are placed AFTER all Fall 2014 players are placed if space is available.
6. The U7/8 Division MAY play games on weekdays and Sundays.
7. Players should hear from coach by the third week of January.
8. Refund requests for the Spring season must be submitted in writing and be postmarked no later than 1/31/2015.  Full refunds will be issued after 2/28/2015 to players that meet this deadline.  Players that drop after this date will not receive a refund. 
9. You must use the refund form from the Forms Library on the Region’s website www.ayso630.org.
10. Drop notices and refund requests submitted to coaches/referees/board members or refund requests postmarked after 1/31/2015 will not be honored and fees not refunded. 
11. Players not placed on a team by the Region will be refunded their fees after 2/28/2015. 
12. Mail refund requests to AYSO Region 630, 31441 Santa Margarita Parkway, Box A-280, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, Attn: Treasurer - Spring 2015 Refund.
13. Children of volunteers that donated a substantial amount of their time to AYSO in the Fall 2014 season will be given first priority when forming teams.
14. Next priority will go to children of volunteers who have committed to a specific volunteer position for the Spring 2015 season. 
15. Priority is not a guarantee of team placement, but it means that all priority players are selected first. 
16. An inability to perform the Spring volunteer commitment may have an impact on player acceptance for the current or future Spring seasons. 
17. Saturday and Sunday availability to play games is a requirement during the Spring season.
18. The season begins in February and lasts through early May, but could extend through June if teams go to tournaments. 
19. Players that are not available on both Saturday and Sunday or have other conflicts (other Sports/activities) significantly impact the team.  If you expect to have conflicts with this policy, it is best to take that into consideration when making the decision to register. 
20. Some games require travel outside of Rancho Santa Margarita and possibly outside of Orange County.
21. Selection depends on parent volunteer commitments and available resources such as coaches and field space. 

How to register for Spring 2015:

1.     Go to http://www.eayso.org and print and sign your child's player form (2 copies).

2.     Enclose Registration Fee  – One check per child, checks covering multiple players will be returned.

3.     Checks will not be cashed until late December or early January when teams are formed.

4.     Failure to provide all documentation will result in your registration being returned.
